Around Camp is about time spent outdoors and doing it well — camping, gear that actually works, and the places worth the drive to reach.

The idea

There's no shortage of outdoor content. Most of it is someone unboxing gear indoors, or a highlight reel with no useful information in it.

This is the other thing: what actually happens at a campsite. What you needed and didn't have. What you carried for three days and never used. Which spot was worth the drive and which one looked better in photos than in person.

Who it's for

People who camp, or want to, and would rather learn from someone who's been rained on than from a spec sheet.

Not survivalists. Not ultralight purists counting grams. Just people who like being outside and would prefer to be comfortable doing it.
